  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
